The Prairie is a luxury, multi-use community located in Dardenne Prairie, Missouri. Mia Rose Holdings partnered with Benton Homebuilders to develop the project, providing comprehensive real estate development services including design oversight, scope development, securing capital, financial structuring and coordination, and construction management.
The multi-phase development includes five three-story luxury apartment buildings with 120 one-bedroom units and 60 two-bedroom units, along with 60 villas constructed by Benton Homebuilders. Each villa features three bedrooms, a full basement, and a two-car garage. The community also includes 12,000 square feet of retail space on the first floor of one apartment building, an additional 4,500-square-foot retail center, and more retail and apartment units within a mixed-use building located on an outlot.
