About the Project

The Junction at Rogers is a 228-unit, Class A apartment community located in a rapidly growing Northwest Arkansas submarket. Capital Eleven Management was tasked with successfully transitioning management during an ownership change, maintaining operational continuity throughout the sale process while minimizing disruption for residents and stakeholders.

The community includes seven three-story residential buildings and a clubhouse, with one- and two-bedroom units ranging from 751 to 1,109 square feet. Capital Eleven ensured leasing operations, maintenance response, and resident communications remained consistent during a period of heightened operational complexity.
